I made a USB disk with unbutin for ubuntu 16.04. But when I plug it in, boot. I get error: NO OPERATING SYSTEM and the HDD load windows.Thanks

Try booting to another "Live" CD/DVD/USB to see if you can at least get something to load. Can you get into BIOS/UEFI without a crash? Heating issues can often cause odd behavior.
