I read your post in that topic. I think the user had problems creating UBCD on a PC running UEFI, whereas your success was under a PC running plain old BIOS? The issue wasn't with 64-bit version or Windows, although originally he thought it was a problem related to Windows 8.The above echo could be updated to "Windows 2000 and above (32/64bit)"?
