HDD Regenerator isn't freeware, therefore we cant help you obtain a copy of this program. You can buy it from the company that sells it and then use it if you like.
Normally you would extract the contains of the ISO into a folder and move the folder over, then setup syslinux/isolinux to boot it. Then, either remaster the ISO and burn to disc or add it to UFD (USB Flash Drive) and setup syslinux to boot it.
If you have the list of contains of the ISO, we may be able to help you integrate it into UBCD.
