Unlocked Locked Western Digital Hard Disk Drive

I am a new member and I want to download a Western Digital locked hard disk Tools and Utilities to UNLOCKED my Drive.

What is a possible tools and utilities can unlocked my hdd drive both Western Digital 80Gb and 320Gb with the same problem and issues.
