Improved the antivirus update scripts (clamav.sh and fprot.sh scripts) from UBCD5.3.0 version to download only if newer antivirus signatures are available on the server based on the remote server timestamp.
NOTE: I noticed that wget sets the timestamp of the downloaded files to the server timestamp and thought of making use of the same to not to have to download 24MB to 62MB files if they do not have newer timestamp.
